Our Guarantee-

We guarantee that the frames and/or lenses that you order will be correct. The frame and the prescription lenses are inspected by a licensed Optician to current ANSI Standards.

Your Frame And Lens Warranty-

FRAMES WITH LENSES- Your frame has a 1-year warranty against breakage and manufacturer defects. If you find that the frame cannot be adjusted to fit your face, or the style does not suit you, you can easily exchange it within 30 days. Simply request a Store Credit.


  • If you purchase frames from us without the Rx lenses, then the frames have a 30 day warranty against manufacturers defects. The frame(s) returned must include the original demo lenses, case, cloth, and/or cleaning products provided. A refund, store credit, or exchange can be issued.
  • If you have us craft Rx lenses to any frames that you have purchased from us within 30 days, then the frame(s) carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects and breakage from the date that you purchased the frames. A frame exchange will be issued.
  • Having someone else make lenses for the frame(s) voids all frame warranties.

LENSES- Your lenses have a 1-year, one-time scratch replacement warranty. If your Eye Doctor changes your prescription within 30 days, we will remake your lenses at no-charge for the same type of lenses. This is considered a Doctors Change.

Allowed Reasons for Returns-

  • Frame Style- Don't like the frame style you selected? Opt for a store credit and switch them out for something else within 30 days.
  • Frame Fit- Try having your eyeglasses adjusted by your local Optician. If that does not work, return them for a store credit and select a different frame.
  • Rx Change- If after wearing your new eyeglasses for a week or so, the Rx does not seem to work for you, re-visit your Eye Doctor to evaluate the problem. We will remake the glasses with a new Rx within 30 days of purchase.


Store Credits- We have the ability to issue Store Credits. As opposed to refunds, Store Credits are issued to your Mojo Optical Account and can be used towards anything in our web store. Store Credits have no expiration, and are deducted automatically at check out. Store Credits are perfect for frame exchanges.

Refunds- Refunds can be issued within 30 days if we have not been able to resolve the problems or issues you have. Also, refunds will be allowed if you have purchased frames without Rx lenses and are returning them in their original condition within 30 days.

Return Information and To request an RMA# All returns require an RMA#. To request an RMA#, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Then just follow the instructions.
