Shipping & Returns



Our digital lenses and frame try-on program are only available to U.S customers.

Certain single vision lenses are available to ship internationally, as the only measurement required is your PD. See Single Vision Lenses for details.


U.S. Customers - Frame Try-on Program

All of our digital lenses require a fitting height. This is what we do...

  1. Once you have placed your order for your frame and lenses we send the frame to you to try on.
  2. If you like the frame, you then use the enclosed instructions to get a picture of yourself with the frames on.
  3. You send the image to us so we can remotely obtain the fitting measurements.
  4. You then return the frame to us with a pre-paid shipping label so we can process and insert your lenses.
  5. Once you approve the frame, we start processing the lenses.
  6. By the time the frame is back to us, the lenses are ready to be cut and inserted.
  7. All of the shipping is USPS Priority and is free.

Shipping Costs:

U.S.A. and Territories

We ship to all 50 US States and US Territories for free. (2-3 working days)

International (Single vision lenses only, no frame try-on)

  • USPS International First Class
  • Canada and Mexico is a flat $10.00 per order.
  • Everywhere else: under 1 pound is $19.00 and $28.00 from 1.1 to 3 pounds.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an e-mail once your order ships. A tracking number will be included in the e-mail. You can track your package at  USPS Tracking.

You can also view your order status and find the tracking number by logging into your account.

Frame Only Returns

Frame only purchases are eligible for a 30 day return. A RMA# is required.

A reason for any return is required. Please see Our Guarantee and Warranties page for complete information regarding the specifics on frame warranties and lens warranties.

To request an RMA#-

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Provide a reason for the return. We'll notify you via e-mail with your return approval,  RMA#, and the address to return the items. We will e-mail you with the status of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the return.
